Sexy, Full-Bodied Hair
The July cover of Glamour features Jessica Biel with sexy, full-bodied hair. Celebrity stylist Mark Townsend created the look by wrapping 3" sections of hair around steam rollers, letting them cool before removing, then brushing out and spraying the hair (while hair is flipped over) with flexible hold hairspray. Get gorgeous girls!
